This happened too often!!!!! I want a refund for that patio table they broke.
Everyone who rent should get together and **** If anyone buying their trailer they still can't redecorate, or move it they still have to live by timeout rules!!!!! I'm moving up out of here soon enough! I bad to come out of pocket to fix the plumbing on New Years day. Don't rent from these people I see why they have bad blood with people. They want the tenants to pay lot fee, water bill and trailer yet they don't take pride in the trailers. They dont want to take care of their properties they lost contracts with the garage companies. This place isn't worth it none of them are!!!! The rent was already $875.
Then they have the nerve to go up an extra $100 for rent. We complained to the office nothing was done about that either. When my porch was varnished 4 clowns broke my mom's patio table. Also we have been calling them back to back some dude said someone will be here between 2-4 nobody hasn't showed up. Now this made the second time the tubs, sinks toilets stops up. Every time we take a shower the toilet stops up. Our plumbing had been a issue since we moved in. They are one of the worse people to rent from. My family moved in dogwood community owned by Timeout communities on 9-1-22. So the baby wipes and the tampons are not my issue ! I do believe that this septic tank should have been cleaned when I paid my deposit back on March 16th I also believe that the landlord or the maintenance should have came in and made sure everything was running properly prior to me moving in when I paid my deposit of $1,000.
I moved in March 17th I called and made my report April 28th, they told me it was tampons and baby wipes in the pipes my daughter is 6 years old she doesn't use baby wipes nor does she has a menstrual cycle I am currently on nexplanon the birth control I don't have a menstrual cycle. I paid Mrs.******* over the phone 2 months in advance rent on April 27th 2023 that total amount was $1, 950, I still pay my rent on time ahead of time without this issue being resolved and they're still trying to charge me for a sewage. I haven't heard anything from Ms ******* nor the maintenance man until she called me 3 days ago and asked me about the $135 past due balance for the sewage maintenance. And then the day that they closed out my work order I text my property manager ******* and told her that they did not fix the issue could you please send someone back out to resolve this issue. During this time frame I called them multiple times they told me that they only had one maintenance man for the whole community the lady that answered for maintenance told me this, there was literally f**** backed up in my tub and in my shower I could not use my master bathroom the entire time. I moved in March 17th I called April 28th to report my first issue with the septic tank I didn't get anyone out here to my home until May 23rd. Time out communities are trying to charge me for getting the septic tank cleaned. Lost my mailbox key got charged for the manager to go get it copied at Ace didn't even work was told I have to pay 40$ for a new one through the post office just to be out 40$ when I move out.

Just 4 days ago my kitchen sink faucet broke while I was using it, soaked my TV so I went and replaced that myself because I would've sat here for weeks without a kitchen sink. My toilets were backed up for 2 1/2 weeks and I had to go rent a eel and do it myself. There's black mold "mildew" on every wall in the house and was told I needed to report it but instead of coming in taking care of the problem everywhere got told I need to call and report just 1 wall or spot every couple weeks or they would charge me for them fixing it all at once. Ever since the "mildew" growing everywhere they just come paint over it and move on with their life, for the last 3 or 4 months me and my 3 children have been sick with all symptoms of black mold exposure on top of that I have been diagnosed with Lupus and fibromyalgia since living here and if you do your research long exposure to mold cause these illineses. My question is how is there mildew growing in places were there is no moisture exposure? I am allergic to mold and was told when I brought it to their attention that everyone is allergic. Now we're gonna talk about the black mold but as they say it's just mildew. My master bathroom shower was leaking for 3 or 4 months when I finally got them to come fix it they never pulled up the carpet that was drenched. I have went months without electricity in my bathrooms, my cabinet doors have just fell off, my stove front fell off while I was grabbing my dinner out and when I brought it to the manager I was told that I had been home alot more often then usual so it happens. I've lived here since June of 2021 and ever since I've been here it's been nothing but problem after problem.
